How it works
Getting tattooed here
Three ways in. Pick whichever one fits.
-
Walk in
Walk-ins are first come, first served, and they go in whenever there is time between appointments.
Call the shop before you come down. The earlier in the day you call, the better your odds, and we will tell you straight whether there is time today and roughly when.
-
Book a time
Want a specific day and time held for you? That takes a small deposit.
The deposit goes toward the price of the tattoo. It covers getting your artwork drawn and ready, and it holds the chair for as long as the tattoo needs. Call or send a request and the shop will tell you the amount and how to pay it.
-
Just talk it through
Consultations are free, any time we are open.
You do not need an appointment for one. Come in with an idea, a photo, or an old tattoo you want covered, and an artist will tell you what is possible and what it takes.

Work credit only. To find out who is tattooing today, call the shop.
Walk in or book
Hold a chair
Open every day, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Walk-ins go in whenever there is time between appointments; a deposit is what holds a specific day and time. How it works has the detail.
California: you must be 18. Photo ID at the chair. No parental exception.

Aftercare
This is a beach town
Keep it clean. Keep it out of the Pacific, the pool, and the sun until it is healed. Salt water, chlorine, and a San Clemente afternoon will wreck a fresh tattoo.
- Leave the bandage on for the time your artist told you.
- Wash with mild unscented soap and lukewarm water. Pat dry. Do not scrub.
- A thin layer of whatever ointment they handed you. Not a coat of grease.
- No ocean, no pool, no hot tub, no soaking until healed.
- No direct sun. Cover it or stay in the shade.
- No picking. No scratching.
- Spreading redness, heat, pus, fever: call the shop and see a doctor.
General guidance only. Follow what your artist tells you at the chair.
